FAQ

Glovic Foundation is open Monday to Friday 10 am to 8 pm EST, Saturday 10 am to 4 pm EST, Sunday Closed.

A preliminary application must be submitted
Criminal background checked.

First of all, not all preliminary applications are accepted to undergo the approval processing. Upon a preliminary application being accepted, an applicant must undergo a criminal background check. If approved, any and all criminal activity is forgiven. If after a relief is granted, you apply for new aide and you are selected to undergo the approval processing and a new criminal activity appears via your criminal record, that’s an automatic denial.

Once a preliminary application is selected and approved, it can take up to 1 week, a month or longer, to take care of your life matter, as such, it all depends on what your help need is and where you are based on your help need.

No, there is a 6-month waiting period to undergo the preliminary application to apply for a new aide.
